the codes are actual codes, yes they actually mean something. they do not necessarily mean that someone who has it is a staff member. and the colors, shapes, location of the colors, and/or animation also mean something.
this means the user is addicted to shrimps.
this means the user is a mind rape victim.
This means the user has fetish for lifelike dolls
this means the user is a closet yaoi fan.
this means the user is a siscon.
this means the user has a fetish for cat girls/wears cat ears in public.
this means the user is a ditz.
this means the user is a yuri fan.
