What's with the Avatar codes on Bakabt Staff

So what happens when you get 4 orange squares / 4 white squares / 4 special squares.
Do you turn into a Admin if the grid is filled.
Is the position of the orange on the grid random or intentional.
If the position of the orange on the grid is intentional what does each pattern mean.
Is this a reputation system or a good merit system to see who is the coolest mod.
Are staff members without the grid the most dangerous on the forum.
If this is a reputation system was this a last minute decision because coding it in or revamping the entire forum would have been merciless, and keeping it to a specific group was easier.
Who got the idea of the grid system.
Are Animetake, Mangafox and Bakabt in cahoots.

People who are probably roommates with the staff, cause a staff member getting an electric brainstorm after staring at a bunch o pixels on a Avatar seems alittle far fetched.
