should i snag a PSP?

The latest custom firmware is 5.50 GEN-D3 for PSP-1000s and the older PSP-2000 series. If you have one of the newer motherboards, then it's unhackable.

Ya, I saw that too. My motherboard is T85 no idea if its v1 or v2
I have 5.50 ofw. Looking to downgrade it to a cfw (3.71m33) , Saw that it was possible using Pandora and MMS.
No time to try it out yet nor acquire the materials.
