What was the most painful injury you ever had

Today i got hit in the face by a falling dewalt drill.  It fell from the second story of my house.. busted my whole mouth up.  It hurts so much.  After it happened I started thinking what kind of painful injuries have my peers had.  So please answer if you want.

dislocated shoulder and walking a mile like that to get help.

i havent had any serious stuff happen but i would have to say my most painful was either when i stepped on a nail which happened twice (idiot that i am didnt think to look where i walked after the first one) or cutting my foot open on a brick.....and i still dont watch where i walk

When I was a kid I was playing with a penknief ( Box cutter to some ) with my sister and she sliced my palm open. I remember what it looks inside. Looks like red jello.
