What was the most painful injury you ever had

Most painful injury was when 1 gf left me some years ago, lost weight 65->50 kilos luck i found new one, would of died.

I had two painful experiences as a kid and I remember both involved a bike.
The first one was when I was riding along a street and I thought I heard a car coming from behind me. So I turn around and don't see anything. Thought I was okay until I turned back to the front and my chin collided into the corner of a rusty old mailbox. Blood gushed out and I was crying forever until the neighbors came out and got my parents. After that it took like 30 stitches to close my chin back up.
The other one, and to this day I still don't know how the hell it happened, was I was riding my bike and it flew away from me. With my momentum carrying me, I feel crotch first right into a lamp post.
Other than those two incidents, I've been pretty lucky nothing serious has happened to me.

I was 6 year old that time. I was riding a bicycle with my aunt and I was located in a kinda "back seat" part it was a downhill road and suddenly the bicycle loss control. I fell from the bike after a couple of seconds and noticed that the skin surrounding my left ankle was ripped off and I saw the ripped off skin in the gears of the bicycle. Healing almost took a half year.
Happened 2 years ago. Me and my sister was arguing I was seriously in rage. Of course I cannot punch her because she is a girl. What I did is I punched the wall after the argue was over I got my all my knuckles dislocated in both hands with blood splattered on the wall.
