What was the most painful injury you ever had

the walls at my room is made of cement 5 inch thick

Punching a steel reinforced door. My pinky knuckle moved back, my middle knuckle cracked in two pieces, and I had cuts in between my fingers. Why? I was angry over something...
Then, two weeks later I thought I was healed. Went back to working out doing the incline bench press, my spotter wasn't watching, and my wrist snapped because of my injury.
135 pounds fell on me, hit the ground, my wrist this time really broke, and I punched the spotter in the face with my left hand.
Just kidding about punching him in the face.
