What was the most painful injury you ever had

Never really had a great injury.
Most painful, sprained my back.
Most damaging, either of three bicycle accidents. Over the steering wheel falling on my hands since I was stupid, didn't break anything luckily. Jumping with the bike on a course, bike moved further than me, hit my left knee. Biking on gravel and turning, bike moved left, I hit my shoulder. Still got scars from all three.
Though for most painful perhaps when I overused my left arm in a certain position and had to use anti inflammatory medicine and rest for two weeks. Naa, spraining my back was more painful if shorter.
Or if you want the most long term, which if you total it up amounts to the most pain. Headache, several years running.

I haven't had many injures... but one time on a roller coaster in San Antonio, TX, USA (the name of it was the Steel Eal at SeaWorld) I nearly broke my back and had to deal with the pain until the end of the coaster. The coaster goes up and down over and over with free-fall drops. On the first free-fall drop I landed in the seat in a bad way that hurt my back. Every time after that I experienced an even worse pain until finally the roller coaster ended.

I now have back problems. I used to jump off cliffs into a lake (around 30 ft high) but now when I do my back feels like its going to snap and I have a hard time breathing for the first 15 seconds when it happens.
