Never had any serious injury but one bicycle crash was really something.

I've decided to take narrow 90 degree turn with way too much speed. But I made it... even too much. Was too late on getting bicycle stright, my right leg bounced of the bushes and my foot get into spoke. I smashed both my knees and elbows, I had bloody line on the back of my right calf made by a cog and since I slide for few meters on the pavement I peeled skin on the side my thight. And ofcourse I left it as it was and went to sleep only to realize next day that my pyjamas sticked to the wound on my tight. It wasn't nice to try and take it off :/

Why didn't you treat the wounds?? That made you look like a total idiot.

Well I never said I am not an idiot :P And I don't treat wounds. Most I do is spray a little of rectified spirit on it and if it is on hand or foot I put sticking plaster on it. There is no reason to do more as it will heal in short time.

Most painful?  Only thing that comes to mind is when I woke up from surgery still stupid from anesthesia and walking around with a massive headache because, I don't know, MAH BRAIN DUN LIEK KNOCKS OUT STOOF or something around there.  By the way, it was my second surgery to remove pins they put in my ankle from the first surgery because I busted it on a tree.
Insanity is an ends, not a means.  After it is achieved, it is normally the means of which great good and great evil is done.

I find muscle spasms more painful than the time I partially tore a ligament in my ankle and it swelled to the size of a grapefruit. (yeah, it was pretty damn big)

Losing a once in a lifetime opportunity to make it big, yeah, painful indeed.

I've broken both arms, left elbow, right wrist, and both times my mother refused to believe they were broken, insisting because I could move them they must be okay. It took me a couple hours both times to convince her to take me to the ER and then of course there is all the pain and joy of getting them set and the swelling. My wrist swelled so bad they had to split the cast and then recast it a few days later when the swelling went down. Of course both breaks were caused through my own stupid actions. (I jumped off a fence to break my elbow and then I fell through the floor of a rotting old barn where I wasn't supposed to be when I broke my wrist)

but the most painful over all I think was the time I nearly cut of the tip of my thumb on an old fan, all those nerve endings in fingertips...ow!!! and the time I burned three fingers on my left hand on a cookie sheet that my mother told me to dump off and wash, but neglected to mention it had just come out of the oven. pretty severe burns...took forever to heal. lots of pain.

11 yr old at the time, was going out, just as i left the door, suddenly i fell as if someone tugged my leg BAM!
Smacked my face unto the outdoor pavement, the floor was a sea of blood by the time i regained my footing.
The fall cut open my bottom lip which caused the spill, i still have that bruise to this day.

My most painful experience for the time being actually didn't come from an injury but from a ruptured appendix. Spent a whole night rolling around in my bed, next morning took my bicycle, rode to the doctor ... had surgery in the afternoon.

I still remember my doctor telling me I had to be insane to ride a bike with a ruptured appendix.
There's no one in the world I'm interested in surpassing, excepted for myself.

I dunno if this one will be counted as an injury

This happened yesterday. I was sleeping and after I woke up my right ear just suddenly feel numb for 3 mins more or less and suddenly there's this unbearable pain inside my right ear. It felt like that something is drilling the insides of my ear. The pain last like 2 hours and I can't hear anything in my right ear. I was like oh my god I'm not ready to be deaf then I went to the hospital and the doctor said its just an air pressure.

Bleh, only torn muscles... Try to imagine the pain when:
your left leg is as high as your head and then you slip on your right leg, your knee cap dislocates and re-locates itself during the fall. Then you try to stand up just to notice it is impossible. THen you ask your friend to get help. THen you go to hospital, have X-ray and the doctor saying nothing, just saying that don't put weight on it and puts a covering note for a MRI and says you'll get there with in a week and orders some average painkillers (panadol 1g) you wait a week, nothing happens expect that you've noticed that you need stronger pills so youäve started to take Burana 800mg with the Panadol 1g. Then when you hear nothing from the Doctors, you go to the hospital, after being there for many hours without food or painkillers the send you to the MRI, then you're stuck in the hospital for few more hours for waiting the results, after the results come, they order you stronger medicene (Tramal 50mg) and tell you that you're gonna have surgery after a week. Then you go home. Then you go to the hospital for the surgery. You haven't eaten for 12 hours, then you wait without eating 4 more hours. Then they take you to the surgery. There they ask that do you want thta you're sleeping or awake during the surgery. You choose to sleep. THen you wake up in the recovery room and speak foregein languages fluently for the next 45 minutes without realizing it yourself. Then you go back to the unit where from you left for the surgery. then you Call your mom that she would come there and bring you something to eat, at this point, you haven't eaten for 20 hours. Then she comes and you eat something. Then the nurses bring you food and pills. You eat them and then you're awake for 3 more hours and get abit more to eat and more pills. then after 1 more hour (clock is now 10PM) then you go to sleep. Then at the night you wake few time, and then it is 6AM and you can't sleep anymore, you start reading manga happily. THen at 8AM you get breakfest and Pills. THen you read more manga for some hours then you get lunch and pills. then few hours after this the doctors come to see you. They say that the took 2 about 1,5 cm long and 1cm wide pieces of gristle from your knee, they had cracked off your knee cap while it relocated itself, those are the pieces that caused the you all that pain. Then after few more hours and meeting with physiotherapist you get to go home, you eat painkillers for 3 more days and then the pain has left you. And the healing has begun. Then you hear the your leg is 80% recoverd around the time of New Year. The End.

SO try to imagine that. That happened to me :P SO still  playing with crutches. :P Bite that.

Had my right hand's bones divided in two just last year. Thankfully, I'm still doing fine.
It was trying to stop a rather serious fight between two very close friends to me, and got pushed off two sets of stairs.
Missed a semester because of inability to write, other than that, didn't have much impact on my life.
