Hey guys! Just as the title says what other hobbies and sports do you guys do other than anime? I figure I'd ask since it seems like this forum is filled with some very diverse people. For me it's outdoor rock climbing. I climb roughly around 5.11s or 6a. Boulder about V4 range. Although I think I spend the same amount of time on both climbing and anime (pretty much obsessed on each of them)

Amateur astronomy is my other hobby, if the sky is clear and transparent i’m in the observatory with my 150mm reflector for up to eight hours some nights (9pm to 5am).

^My scope several months ago, it now has dual axis motors and a 7x50 finder.

Well, I read a lot, I "collect" Stuffed animals, I play chess and go with my friends, I play with Magic The Gathering with my friends, I go to gym (when my leg isn't 'destroyed' or something else), Soo, Idon't have a real hobby, just thingsIdo regulary or every now and then...

I used to play Billard and Darts a lot at the time I worked as a waiter. Aside from reading quite a lot I'm also a passionate writer for nearly 15 years and participate in contests. Unfortunately, my HDD died a couple of days ago and many of my stories with it. I played chess semi-professional when I was a teenager but quit when I had a car accident in December 2000. I'd like to say that I love drawing but since my drawings look as if it was made by a five years old kid I do not consider it drawing. ^^'

Wado-Ryu Karate-Do, it's a mix of shotokan style karate and shorinryu jiu-jitsu, has more locks, throws, manipulation than most karate styles and it has a distinctive "blocking" style. Plus I get to beat up and get beaten up every friday.

Cycling, pretty much my way of moving from A to B, sometimes I do longer trips, longest one was over twelve hundred kilometers.

Underwater Rugby, currently on hiatus due to not finding a good group to play with.

I am pretty talented in chess and snooker although i havent played both for a long time due to educational reasons...also i go to the gym and i am a movie lover so i watch movies and i am also in a theatrical team and play different roles in theater plays.
Also i am in a band playing bass guitar or guitar...

I play guitar and like to read stuff (Forgotten Realms \,,/). Video games are also part of my daily routine. I like to jog sometimes too...I'm not very athletic person really

I enjoy reading, I play various tabletop RPG's with a group of friends every wednesday (currently playing Dark Heresy), play Magic: the Gathering, getting into Mahjong in a big way and walk at least 2 miles a day.

I enjoy drawing a lot but don't really have the time for it, also I sometimes play the piano (I suck though xD). I'm thinking of maybe picking up chess, played it a lot last year on vacation and it is an awesome game if you ask me. Video games are also another interest of mine.

Computers, electronics in general, listening to music, old technology. I have quite a few records and audio tapes and cassettes. I like to borrow records and copy them to cassettes/tapes.

Also, live action TV shows and movies.

I haven't gotten really in to it but I LOVE to go bike riding. I would like to do a bicycle tour one Summer but I want to do a lot of research and have some money in the bank before I do something like that. Maybe get a bike more suitable for riding everyday and stuff. I have a road bike now that I bought last Summer and I am it's baby not the other way around lol.

Mathematics is sort of like a hobby for me. It's my major in school and I find that at least this semester I'm really enjoying the math class that I have.

I've been off and on doing P90X and I just finished day 83 so when I finally finish this thing I want to go back to the gym and do a Starting Strength type workout program for a few weeks then switch it up for a week and then go back to it in a different order or something.

I'm just using this as an excuse to type a lot.

I do like to play games like simple outdoor games like croquet and little things like that. I do that kind of stuff with my parents often when I am living at their house.

Well since I got my new Cannondale Slice 4 road bike i have been biking every other day. I also have been going the the skate park the days i am not on a bike ride because i got four new bmx bikes. If you want to know which ones i got read the most money wasted this month thread.

-Drawing (Much to improve here)
-Working Out
-ITF-Taekwondo (Im a blue belt

)
-Playing video games (Depends on the season. Played FF 13 2 discs straight in summer. For some reason i stopped on 3rd and haven't been able to continue yet xD)
-Studying (It takes so much time that you could consider it as a hobby. Am I just too diligent?)

looking down at other people,
searching web for anything interesting and funny,
playing video games,
watching comedies,
spending time with friends,
spending time with my gf,
playing bilard (pool)
swimming (professional competitions = passed)
chess (amateur level)
killing Lich King (WOW) it became a hobby in the guild.
drinking tea, i like tea.
drinking quality premium beer.

I fucking love Earl Grey when it comes to tea....although i am more of a coffee lover.

I practice Magic (Illusions) and piano. My repertoire consists mostly of songs from animes, of which I am quite proud
