Shadow of the Colossus & ICO [HD on PS3]
Sosseres:
The story and art of SotC was good. The gameplay was horrid and boring (personal opinion). If they had made a cinematic movie instead of a game I would have rated it higher, the idea, looks and environment were good as far as I played. Yet I couldn't force myself to bother with the combat, seems I don't like that type of boss fights where you learn a timing and place to attack and nothing else really matters. Or whatever the problem was, I just didn't have fun, looks only carries a game to a certain point. (Looks on an emulator is better than it was on the console since you have higher resolutions.)

So you never played it on a PS2? I will say that it's not the same (I've played both the PS2 version and the emulator version). It feels a lot more organic (the combat I mean) with a controller... a keyboard never really felt that organic.

There is no satisfying you then... Oh well. :)

I played ICO on the PS2 with an emulator and PS3 controller... Didn't have any issues, but I still enjoyed the game a lot.
Too bad they didn't do much more with the graphics other than improve lighting and make textures bearable.
