Hey guys, i got a seedbox because i have warn i can't download anything and i don't have high upload speed... so i got a seedbox but when i put the torrent it dosen't happen anything.. 

Any moderator can un-warn me just for some minutes to fix my ratio ?

To seed, you don't need to download.
Just take what you've already downloading, put on seedbox, recheck files. Start. It will then start seeding.
You don't need to download more.

But what if he's using an external seedbox? Is there a way to add your own files to one of them? Pretty sure the one I used didn't have that option

Even if they don't give him FTP access, there are a number of methods by which he can get the appropriate files on the machine via BitTorrent.  Creating a .torrent, seeding it from his home PC and downloading it on the seedbox is one, although not what I would recommend as a first choice.
