Waking up to find my house full of smoke and smelling like burnt sausages. (My roommate was cooking in the middle of the night and fell asleep with food on the stove.)

Returning home at 2 am last night. Waking up at almost 7... Realize too late. Lots of bad stuff happen. Mood remains bad throughout the day. That itself is annoying.

My university's internet. Just moved back into halls, and I find they've blocked most of the ports for IRC

I can connect directly to Rizon using one of the alternative ports, but the only way to connect to my BNC now is using a VPN. Which is kind of irritating.

I know your pain. I live on my college's campus. They block several torrent sites and they also detect and block me when I try to download a .torrent file. Ironically, I have no problem using the torrent protocol once I get it by another mean.

I know your pain. I live on my college's campus. They block several torrent sites and they also detect and block me when I try to download a .torrent file. Ironically, I have no problem using the torrent protocol once I get it by another mean.

Here, in theory, if you're detected to be using the bittorrent protocol, you automatically get kicked from the network for three hours. I'm not sure it actually works though (like so many other parts of this crappy network). Fortunately I managed to find a VPN protocol which isn't blocked, so I can bypass most of the problems. It's fairly inconvenient though.

Lol the only thing my school internet doesn't like is when you ghost the Linux box used for compiling and use it for your own purposes.

When I was using my school's internet I received three threatening emails about my usage thereof - I did nothing about it, and they never followed through on any of their threats.

It's kind of funny looking back, but I had moments of dread reading those emails.

from where i came from , males would wear anything if the situation calls for it.
