That is correct. I guess the course could have been called "How to write a 800 words assay in 4 hours about the literary analysis of some authors chosen by your teacher". And by "literary analysis" I mean trying to read between the lines and find the same hidden meanings as the teacher. We have 4 courses like that in college here and they are mandatory for every college diploma. Fucking hard and fucking useless and I hate it.

Yeah we've got something like that for English too. Only I did the AP course and now I don't have to do it

However, I agree, it's shitty. Decently easy if you figure out what the teacher wants, but a complete crap shoot until then.

French tongue or not. It really is more annoying to learn your own language. you get to do shit like what burk mentioned and it will be at most, useless, unless you plan to be a writer

There is time for everything, if we had any more of it, we just would get more busy.

Currently very cold outside, and I get to go buy some stuffs.
Since I didn't have a chance to talk with my "escort" I have to limp it in this cold via bus hoping they have heating on

That's exactly what i try to do. The problem is I'm free of all other stuff only late at night, and i just cannot make myself not to watch anime for 2-3 hours. And I don't get enough sleep. And I'm tired whole next day. Well this is my life for last 6 months)))
