I haven't managed to knee myself to my face when jumping to my bed, but I've kneed my face when runing 100m in school

Ouch!  

Never managed to hit my nose though, but I often manage to hit my chin at full speed while doing similar things. That overwhelming numbness in your chin an knee after that (not to forget the  pain)...

the knee hited the lower part of my nose and upper jaw, it hurted a lot to my teeth, the nose bled only litle, luckly didn'tlose any teeth...

Also, when we were running in few lines, I were the first, then we had todo a dash, you know what? I managed to kickthe dude behind me with my heel to his jaw... darn he was pissed...
