Do not guess, it is!!!!!
I am trying to enjoy my internet time in peace (not at home, living in Turkey for next 4 months, and I get to access internet only in hotel lobby), and here comes dude, sits down next to me on the couch and starts to make all these skype (or what ever other program) calls without headphones..... I can deal with him talking as its not so high pitched, but noise from the computer is horrible.....
