No I'm not gonna help you.
I have too much pride to ask technical support anything (I prefer googling). 
Past the last few months I been having some problems here and there, and tech support only made things worse, so i'm not gonna rely on that anymore.
That problem with Steam I had recently ? They told me to delete the files except for SteamApps and Steam.exe which I did in the first place before contacting them. It wouldn't work because the executable file is corrupted due to unsuccessful update. Second time when I inform steam of problems they have (inform, not asking for help) they go on about what I should do since they have no idea how to fix it and would blame me for doing something else.
Also, the FAQ that says to delete the files and redownload them is stupid advice, it's much faster to DL the installer and then re-install the program. But you know, they are tech support, they know "better".
