Actually, beard, once it can be called a beard gets kind of soft ...and fuzzy, but those "shaved the last day" -beards- are kind of razor sharp. Call it "manly" as much as you want, it just hurts

Some things you just want to repress, her nasal laugh and his too loud whispering were among them.
