Yeah, that's even worse.
People who walk down a street at night with dark clothing are barely visible in the headlights, and it makes it hard to avoid them (thankfully I have always braked in time)

Awww how I hate that (just happened in another thread). Every time I see something like that i get a serious killing-urge. Seriously guys, when your quoting someone, remove the unnecessary parts. ....please ;D
