In Warhammer series (all of them, pre 40K and in 40K) it's spelled as ORK

In Lord of the rings it's also ORK

In everything else, it's ORC, from what I can see.

It doesn't really matter other than to match the setting. I mean, just take 'magic' and 'magick' for instance.
