Nonono, the worst is when the bus arrives five minutes early, and doesn't wait. So you arrive at the bus stop with several minutes to spare, only to see your bus driving off into the distance without you.

Though actually I guess the worst is when that happens to your bus, then the next one doesn't turn up, then the one after is late, and then doesn't even stop anyway because it's full.

No one can do anything about that either because they're holding monopoly over this area and the only options are to move closer to the city or move somewhere where they're not the only option. For some reason though, when uploading through VPN, that limit is bypassable. I don't know how or why (even though I probably should, considering that I'm on this damn field).

Interesting. But yeah, reasons for low upload limit are nonsense considering the same could apply to the downstream.
