Buy anime, said anime arrives in mail 2 days later

Said anime is missing one of the discs... Instead has a duplicate disc. W.T.F!

I sent a request for a refund, They better offer something free to "ease the pain" I felt from the suffering of not being able to watch my anime when I wanted, I might be emotionally scarred now
