The average price of a DVD here? $59.95 - and by average I mean directly from the distributor, not retail, and about 99% of releases, new or old.
So to me, $25 is cheap indeed

Today I got annoyed because... lets see.
Ah yes, I spent 16 hours making a video and accidentally encoded it at 25fps... Damn idiot, I forgot to filter to 23.976fps... However, the file size isn't too bad still. Anyway, doing it again. Least it gives me some time to work on these exhausting subtitles

^ Wait, have you nearly drowned some time? Otherwise, how are you sure you can't swim?

If you just want to be comfortable around water, go somewhere shallow where your feet can touch the ground standing up and practice breathing and balance in water until you're comfortable enough that you won't drown without a flotation device even in deep water. Grab the wall and practice kicking until you've got a consistent stride, then you can pretty much doggie-paddle your way through life. It's like riding a bike, the initial balance is all that's important, if you relax properly and don't swallow water it's hard to drown.

If you want to learn the crawl, or some kind of stroke, you'd probably need a teacher. It's hard to self-teach those, since you can't watch yourself and recognize flaws in your form. Even if you've got a good idea what to do.
