^I think the 3 seconds rule works with TVtropes. As soon as you realize on what site you are, you can try to close the page and if you do so within 3 seconds, you won't get stock. Well I did test it throng fully, because of the obvious risk involved, but I know it has worked at least three times for me so I guess it's a plausible hypothesis. Good for you for managing to get out withing 10 minutes though. You most have a pretty good defense mechanism.

Since they removed more or less everything related to sex, I rarely ever get stuck there anymore. In fact, I hardly ever even visit the site.

Since I drive for a living; having some monkey come within an inch of killing me with their vehicle because they weren't paying attention and then, because im in a company vehicle, having them go postal on the road and follow me around yelling and screaming. Its times such as these that I would dearly love to mount twin 50 caliber machine guns to the front of my car and twin flame throwers to the back of my car and clean up the gene pool a bit.

I used to have DSL for a long time, and when I got it at my apartment it was great. When I bought a house and switched providers, it was the biggest piece of crap I had ever dealt with. The service would cut out constantly, and customer service would either refuse to do anything about it or come out and piss on the line and say there's no problem.

Switched to cable three months later and never looked back.
