And really.. Why the fuck doesn't that warning expire already??!?? I've been waiting for friggin 6 hours to see this text again and again:

"Your next evaluation will be in 59 mins. You must seed to get rid of the warning. Note: If your situation has not improved at the time of your next evaluation the warning will be extended for another week, and so on."

WTF mate? even my bonus points went up during this period. So why the fuck it turns into 59 minutes after reaching < 1 min every single time?!?!?

That's when it is evaluated, not when it expires. In other words, it means that in 59 minutes time it will check again to see whether or not the warning's expired yet. As for when it actually expires, I guess that depends how long the warning was set for by whoever set it.

I'm pretty damn sure I pointed that thing out to you 3 times on forum, it's not my fault you don't actually pay attention to stuff or rules.
