Well, thats the exact same reason why no razorblade has touched my face in a couple of years.
I can shave without turning things into a bloodbath, but it takes really long.

So, f*** that, just trim it on the shortest setting possible. =]

With the "uberman" trend not being very old, its also still kinda "trendy". Not that i really care, but some people do.

Doesn't matter if dry or wet shave, I get pimples anyway. Usually in large numbers, usually around my neck. 

My skin is overly sensitive anyway... I have some cracked skin on my fingers as well right now.

You have to use after shave, or some other kind of desinfection, after you have shaved. Pure vodka works fine, or the fluid that people use to clean their.. special toys, or other similar stuff. Cleans the skin and should help on the pimples.

Sorry, bad this is probably bad advice since his skin is very sensitive and cracks in the skin indicate that its [too] dry. Patrick Bateman has a nice line about this subject.

I eventually gave up, even after visiting a dermatologist. Stuff that leaves bleachmarks on your clothes just cant be good to the skin.

Drinking more water may be helpful.  I've noticed that I tend to have more skin problems when I'm not properly hydrated, but my skin tends to be too oily rather than too dry.  One of the reasons I stopped shaving too and grew out my beard was skin problems.  I still get them, but with much less frequency.

And physical activity, and less sugar in your diet. Or so I'm told.

Sunshine is a known one, but, it also dries out the skin. Wich is what you want, if your skin is really oily.
