That sounds like a fairly extreme method, metro. Normally my usual "drink a couple of pints of water before bed, go to the toilet in the morning, drink a couple of pints more, go to the toilet again, then eat something filling (like bread)" technique works fine, and is much less unpleasant than forcing myself to puke. Today's hangover was just unusually bad.

I have no idea what the hell I drank to give me such a hangover, though. Seriously, in all my time drinking (and I do it a lot

), I've never felt so rough as I did today. I only drank 5 or 6 pints as well. Hopefully it won't be repeated any time soon.
