I'm actually quite good at that. Not having emotions, makes dealing with them much easier.

Apparently to plug the sound on the component input you are supposed to put it on input 2. I don't work for JVC I'm not supposed to have this screenshot how the fuck am I supposed to guide a client on the phone and guess that. The even put the audio output closer just to confuse customers even more. JVC's engineers need a good spanking.

We send things off for repair, so thats fine. But this isn't a problem with a physical object, its a problem with a system which isn't even in the same county as me.

It also pisses me off that people assume I can't do tech stuff at work because I'm a woman. I know more tech than most of the bloody store! I out geek the tech guy!

A mobile phone network is physical, but the problem is the service, which is intangible. Either way, retail would only be involved with the actual phones at most.
