Ridley Scott's Prometheus. It has pretensions of depth but ultimately failed to produce it. Characters kept picking up the idiot ball the moment the story needed them to, obvious plot holes kept appearing, while significant plot points were unexplained, the plot itself was fairly predictable, the acting was muddled or simply dull, and the ultimate villain was completely mishandled.
It had what might have been a fairly interesting episode of the Outer Limits, only with more violence and less charm.
