Slow drivers. Seriously! WTF?

The speed limit is 55 MPH and you are doing 40? What for? I understand some people are having car trouble or are concerned about road conditions but I get stuck behind these drivers all the time. I thought maybe my speedometer was off but this happens no matter what car I drive and using my GPS to double check my speed. I am always getting stuck behind these assholes.

Also, since I am talking about driving, people who tailgate me when I am doing the speed limit plus my 5 mph I am allowed. I tailgate people when they drive like 10 MPH under the speed limit. It is my way of saying "Hey asshole, you are going to slow!". I also flash my lights and honk the horn. That said, I NEVER tailgate anyone who is at least doing the speed limit.

Half the people who tail gate me when I am doing the speed limit never pass. They will just ride my ass. It really pissed me off.

I'm not sure about that, it looks like Napoleon and Oda Nobunaga had 3 votes combined (which you got), and you had 1 vote, so you would have had to vote for yourself to get 4 votes.

I can't vote for myself :(
...I think the game assumed that there would be city states who voted too.

Teachers with ridiculous attendee policies. My English teacher let us know that any absence beyond the 3rd one would result in an instant F. Well I've been half dead in bed these last couple of days which means I have to attend every single fucking upcoming lecture but one.

We don't here, but a few people here have mentioned that they do at University. That would be a fucking pain. I would be failing my Chemistry class if that were the case.

Over here, they monitor attendance, but it doesn't really mean anything. You might get a letter asking why you haven't been showing up, but not much else. I assume it's similar in most Canadian universities too.

But if you're an international student and you miss more than a few lectures, you get deported. So yeah.

Just don't get me wrong, I typically attend to make sure I don't procrastinate and know everything I should for the test.
...getting an F or being deported for being sick and missing one too many lectures sounds a bit cruel, though.

They only monitor attendence for labs,and that's just if you hand in assignments.

I quite like it when it is, at around 2AM GMT. It's a helpful reminder that I've ended up staying up too late and should probably be going to bed instead of procrastinating on internet forums >_>
