^I know. Preferred if it were run after midnight EST.
I quite like it when it is, at around 2AM GMT. It's a helpful reminder that I've ended up staying up too late and should probably be going to bed instead of procrastinating on internet forums >_>
Yeah, it typically occurs when I want to check for new posts that one last time before sleeping.

The pain in my back...
I've been thinking, will these kinds of exercises actually prevent future back pains, or am I doing them in vain?

Well. I'm doing them as well and apparently yes, they are useful. Just have to do them on a regular basis.

You can strengthen you back, yes. If it helps or not depends on the kind of injury.

I'm gunna leave you anyway.

It exercises the relevant muscles, so of course it helps.

Ugh, I feel like I've been punched in the solar plexus.  I've had this feeling off and on since yesterday.  Fairly sure it's digestion-related (acid reflux or something similar), but I've had enough of it already.
It took an hour to write; I figured it'd take an hour to read.

I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to type that if you actually were punched in the solar plexus.
...but still, ouch, and what Meg said.

I've tried some famotidine, hopefully that will do something.  I'm heading to bed soon, so with luck this will pass by tomorrow.

Bookie, I should clarify, it feels more like a mild tap to the solar plexus.  Not really painful, but uncomfortable.  It's a weird feeling, hard to describe.

Monday, my doctor took out my last wisdom tooth on the top right because it had a caries. It took him 20 minutes swinging it back and forward because apparently the roots were twisted and it didn't want to go. As a result now my jaw is swelled as hell and it hurts me whenever I close my teeth and I always have this disgusting pus taste in my mouth. And remember, I work on the phone. Fucking sucks! I don't know how long it's gonna take to heal but it sure is taking its time.

Time to sleep. Good night.

Speaking of medical ills, the lateral plantar nerve in my left foot appears to be pinched.

It's making walking difficult, and I'm all about walking.

I used to be like that until I realised that I could open the window.

I'm not sure what the two things have in common. Opening the window would just make my room colder than it already is and make me want to stay in bed even more.

My room doesn't have any ventilation besides opening the windows and the door, and I prefer the latter closed. I often get sleepy in badly ventilated environments, but that's just me.

Ix, did you eat too much popcorn, and not drink enough fluids to keep things moving along? My other guesses are Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or Spastic Colon, or Colitis.

So Burk, now we know what inspired your twisted personality.

Nikk. You could try hitch hiking now.

Had a sore throat the whole Friday, cut my thumb skin while playing badminton, and today I got a nasty headache (and nausea) ever since I woke up. Way to go.

Sounds like everyone is suffering some minor ailments lately.  I hope everyone feels better today.

Nah, I don't eat popcorn that often.  I don't think I've had any at all in the last 2 months.  Even plain regular corn I don't eat very often, though it's never given me any issues.

It's possible I was dehydrated, but being the creature of habit that I am, I generally try to drink the same amount of water every day.  I woke up about 2am with acid indigestion, which is unusual for me after taking a famotidine but not unprecedented, so I took another, and as of this morning so far I feel better.  It could have been something I ate during the last few days.  Maybe some of it is psychosomatic too, I dunno.  Crohn's Disease does run in my family, and I've had past issues with acid indigestion, so the situation's not too surprising, even though this manifestation is out of the ordinary for me.  My roommate suggested that a piece of food could have been stuck in my esophagus, causing irritation and other issues.

One of the things I hate the most about being human is all the damn constant physical upkeep & corresponding problems we have to deal with.  Mortality is obnoxious.
