Poor thing, sure. But, don't feel too bad about it. People force impregnate animal's mother, separate them at birth and enclose them in a space so small that won't be able to move or even stretch until the day they get slaughter, and all of that just because they think their flesh is more enjoyable to taste than plants. By comparison, accidentally hitting an wild animal on the highway sounds almost magnanimous.

We're officially into the rainy season here, which means it's hot but not unbearably so, and incredibly humid.  I got my roof fixed literally the day before it started raining every single day.
