If it's your first time, I would recommend getting someone experienced to help you (so that you don't do any easily made mistakes, like not discharging static electricity).
...but that's easy to say in hindsight.

jk, those aren't healthy. Uhm, if you can't do long distances cause of impact, I'd suggest biking. Or swimming.
