I'm calling it. It's a poltergeist. Except friendly and loves you.

Well, aside from the usual random creaks a house makes, I do occasionally hear odd noises at night.  But I think I've traced the source of those to my refrigerator.  So I think the poltergeist prefers the ceiling fans, because it will every once in a while cause the fans to be slightly off-balance and make scraping noises.

Japanese Anime/Manga makers that try to give their characters Western names but don't understand our naming convention is backwards in a First Last name order rather than Last First and they end up giving characters really stupid names like Satellizer L Bridget for a girl from England, when of course they really mean Bridget L Satellizer, and then it's so unredeemable that they even go so far as to give the rest of the god damn family the girl's first name, so someone ends up with Bridget for a last name instead of Satellizer, all because the author didn't understand a damn simple naming convention... ugh...

Getting a restart request about 30 minutes into watching a movie on my laptop.

It's not something that I think should annoy me, it takes next to no time to restart, but I just can't get back into the movie. The whole mood was ruined.

I moved to Ocala around some time in August last year.

I moved to Ocala around some time in August last year.

Ocala's like the only place in central Florida that actually gets cold.  I've been there, but it's probably been at least 20 years.  No idea what it's like now beyond what the weather reports say.
 
Anyway, probably getting off-topic for too long...  I would sell my kingdom for a good night's sleep more than 1 day in a row.    I'm awake now, but about 1pm, that loud thumping noise will be my head hitting my desk.

I'm usually patient and behave just as if they didn't have any disability. It might be a case by case matter, but I know several, and there's never been any problem for me to simply look past it.

I avoid them if possible. Kinda like noisy/hyper animals and small children.
