I'm gonna rant. This might hurt some people who know whom they are but that's just basic facts to get and understand. You're the one in control of your life. Not someone else.
I work out, but not as much as I'd like to put in into words. About 40-50 minutes over 3 days, so about 15 minutes in the day I work out. I do it non-stop, nothing as amazing or clever. But when you get older, you realize that your body needs to stay healthy and in shape of things. I mean, in the end we're smart human beings. We can tell what's beautiful and what's ugly. We're not dump. You wonder when you see females who look really good, right? You are right. They do look good, have curves, beautiful large, medium or small busts, and you can see their collarbones, hair, and what not. Women who take care of themselves deserve respect and deserve to be called such things. Hence, this is without heavy/medium or even light make up. So moving forward from this.
I saw a large guy whom I helped out with his order at work. This guy did NOT seem like he was very old. He looked younger, we were talking and he mentioned his kid and how rebellious she was towards him then he mentioned he was in his mid-50s. I was shocked. He told me he works out and eats healthy, that's the benefit of staying in shape and living longer and easier life. You do the math, 15 minutes to 1 hour of consistent workout with short breaks that don't exceed a maximum of one minute, over a course of 3 to 5 days with few resting days. This is essential to stay healthy, obviously you want to eat healthy and you can do one day out of the week and have it as a "cheat" day. But I've seen other guys and girls who are in shape and sometimes we end up talking about being healthy, this is strictly positive and nothing negative about it. There is a gym across the street from where I work and this is why we get people that come in to the store.
Then here is the horror I'm going to talk about. People who are fucking fat in all shapes. I'm not talking about your average looking people with a little extra curves - they probably exercise or maybe they just eat healthy all together. Who knows. But I'm talking about those fat fucks who can't get up, have trouble doing shit, moving, need help with things, etc. Not elders, rather the ones in their 20s to 60s. A lot of them don't have health issues at all, but complain about the stupidest shit in the world. Talking some sense to them will more than likely not work out. America has sever issues as it is and one of them is having these lazy ass people.
My co-worker speaks to me a lot about other things. I named him "Sergent Oddball" since he has a round head for a Mexican and he's really odd and awkward at a times. He bashes people left and right behind their backs, but that's just him. He's smart in some areas but dumb as hell in others. One thing I learned from him is seeing humans selfishness in life. We spoke about what I've written in here, and he said those who can be in shape, the ones who are fat, who stink, don't take showers, clean themselves, get fat foods and junk foods are the ones that's ruining their own lives. No one chose that type of life for them. They did it themselves. We spoke about disabled people and he said if he was to be one of them, he would kill himself. But he and I do come in common that we respect the disabled since they're limited in their own life. But those who aren't disabled are just the scum of this life.
The equipment I have in my room is barely manageable, besides having a small room doesn't give me any certain advantages. I do not like running outside, either. Jumping jacks, push ups, set ups, squats (my favorite) aren't helping me to be where I want to be. But I did go down from 185 to 153 in a matter of 4 months. I've avoided eating sugar, sodium, anything that says Fats from Calories, cholesterol and Total Fats. I ignored regular calories all together since your body needs that shit regardless. Your body cannot handle more than 50 grams of sugar. The excess of that will turn into fat AND drives you to become diabetic at an earlier stage if you don't exercise. One fucking soda can gives you an average of 40-50 grams of sugar! Pepsi, coke, etc. That one can gives you that much. And those are bad sugars, too. Sugars from normal fruits and veggies gives you like, not as much as you think and they are healthy sugars. I also avoided all oil foods (cooked in oil), junk food (I barely eat those anyways) and fast food all together. I probably do fast food once every two weeks or longer - another reason I don't do fast food is because of the money vs. spending it wisely and getting a lot of food, like wheat bread (Sara Lee) and hummus and other goods to fix you a sandwich or cook your own food.
My co-worker said to me, he hates those type of people and explained to me why. We have two managers whom are disgustingly ... uurrgh, and they get all types of "slim" diet bullshit and then get that big can of soda, or junk food like a bag of chips or whatever and think they cancel each other out. Not. They don't. Your stomach is not as big as you think it is (the size of your fist at the most) and you don't need to eat all of that.
I've visited few gyms for the past month or so and I decided on the gym I'll be joining in few weeks. Back in high school, the maximum I've benched at 145 lbs is 185 lbs, 3 full sets and the fourth set I went to 205 lbs and did 6 of 10 in the fourth set. I had few buddies and we were all enthusiastic about this stuff. I'll be going to the gym and spending 3-4 days of 30 minutes to 1 hour. For only 10 USD a month, that's hella worth it to stay in shape and to stay healthy. Everytime I look at those who look ugly, I say to myself "I so don't want to be in your shoes." and so I am doing what I need to do to not be grouped up with those type of people.
So I say this to you BBT'ers, those who work out lightly or heavily, I salute you. Those who don't, you should look into that to stay in shape. Its hard in the beginning, at least the first two weeks are, but then it gets easier and it becomes a normal thing in which your body gets addicted to it. If you're overweight, you know you are and if someone does look at you in a weird way, you already know what they're thinking. We're humans, smart creatures. We're not dumb. We can tell what's good looking from ugly looking.
Wow, I needed to vent that off. Yea, this does piss me off a lot. It pisses me off. Fucking pisses me off. PISSED OFF!
