Long story short...I got to work. Saw day shift had not done anything about an alarm. Fixed the alarm condition. Watched the pumps all of a sudden go like a bat out of hell trying to catch up with demand. Got a call that pipes were leaking in the journalism school. Great, now my boss will be all over me like.....I don't want to know. But...everything was fine here. No alarms here. There should be.

The light switch in my bathroom gave me a damned shock. I came back with a tester to check properly, but the tester slipped from my grip and the metal of the tester, my hand and the switch all touched and the result was an even worse shock. My index finger feels all wobbly now...
