Steam.

Literally every time I run it it requires a restart for update, I played a game and then I didn't play anything on Steam for a few hours so I closed it, opened again and hey, new update, iwth the same number as previous one, WTF ?

Trying to get Find and Replace to work properly in Microsoft Word VBA code is a surprisingly big pain in the ass.

Depends what you are trying to achieve and how big a phrase or number of characters, it sometimes just gets wonky.

I applied to a job listing that states:
"PLEASE EMAIL RESUME AND REFERENCES WITH CONTACT INFORMATION
or
COME FILL OUT AN APPLICATION:"
so I send them an email, in response I get "PLEASE COME IN AND FILL OUT AN APPLICATION"
...wtf is the point of the email if you're gonna make me come in anyways? Dammit, the whole point is that I'm lazy and don't want to drive around! /sigh

Some variable substitution in a Word doc that's being used as a report template.

I started running into trouble when I was trying to use some makeshift tags to identify text that would need to be deleted from the report if a certain condition was met, and then it just sort of went from there.  I was trying to leverage the document template that someone else had created without completely reinventing it.  I got it to work eventually, but it's a pain in the ass trying to work with Word through VBA, as opposed to Excel, which is MUCH easier to manipulate using VBA.

VBA is a big pain in the ass.

Fixed that for you.

I can't stand VBA, personally. I like to think of myself as being fairly proficient in .NET, but when it comes to VBA I struggle to get even the most basic of tasks done. The whole thing should have been scrapped about a decade ago.

Put generator in car to take it for servicing, doesn't fit properly on back seat floor. Places in boot, but needs to put other stuff in boot the next day (today) so leaves it unsecured.

Had to go into town last night, generator must have fallen over.
Come out this morning to put other stuff in boot, find generator on its side. Pick said generator up to find a pool of oil pour out of a ventilation hole.

Great, I'd have been better off leaving the fucking thing on its side and how does oil come out of a sealed reservoir anyway?

E: Bought a new 14" Notebook (essentially, a tablet that looks like a laptop)
came with Windows 10.
> Can't disable super annoying gestures. I keep opening some stupid fucking window select screen thing instead of moving my mouse.

Who's the dumb fuck who designed this shit, he should be fired permanently. GODDAMN IT, DID IT AGAIN WHILE TYPING THIS!
Also, puush.me has gone full retard mode, this is gay. Gonna see if I can find an old installer, as the latest version is far more of a pain in the ass to use.

Does that even have palm rejection?

I don't always get sick. When I do, I just rest.
I got horribly ill and I still couldn't figure out how to take in those pills and tablets without having the feel of spitting it.

they aren't hermetically sealed, since they tend to evaporate/vaporize overtime, specially during active operations.

Especially since MSO has changed a ton over the last decade as far as I can tell.

i somewhat hate truncated strings, more so when done to long titles.
e.g. title + chapter number gets it's chapter number truncated off.

can't they truncate it in the middle? or at least the last 5 or so characters should be excluded from truncation.
e.g. full-length << manganame - chapter 123 >> to << manga... 123 >> instead of << manganame... >>

Light's busted in my room. It's fine if it's just the bulb but no. Tested if the socket is working and it is.

The fuck? Tester says it's fine but the bulb says the opposite.
