I have uploaded around 80MBs of the first Eva movie (first torrent I have dl'd here).  It is not showing up in my status bar.  I am able to seed a lot more, but first I want to make sure my contribution is counted due to the fact that my ISP has a pretty low bandwith cap.

What are the fixes to this problem? thx

Xiong Chiamiov:
It takes a little while for upload to be shown on the site.  IIRC, the tracker was down for a bit earlier today, too.

When you were seeding it, was it shown as active on your userpage?

What client do you have?  In uTorrent, you have to right click torrent and hit update tracker to force an update if it does not work

i took some screenshots

the "update tracker" option isn't open to me ;/

you'll see my upload for the 2 files i have from Bakabt is in reality 146MB in this pic

http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2rdi1xt&s=7
on my main page it says 57MB

i'll wait until after the "update in" interval and post results

edit: oh the horror! he uses VLC! (it's actually my main music player x.x)

the update tracker option shouldn't be available - that's alright. updating the tracker if it's working wouldn't make any sense either.

with 146/57 MB uploaded the number is simply to low to make any kind of qualified statement. it could be that your connection or the tracker was temporary down so a little bit of the upload amount wasn't transmitted.

all my torrents have generally a 5-10% discrepancy between what my client reports and what the trackerpage lists (client 66GB, tracker 63GB ... etc.) - bittorrent was never meant to accurately track those stats.
