The "lost" upload amount is most likely to a combination of 3 factors: tracker downtime, the data overhead necessary for the bittorrent protocol, and lost/bad packets. By their powers combined, your "sent data" is greater than the amount of data registered by the tracker.

yeah i'm fine with a lil lost information
hopefully i can slowly accumulate to 2:1 ratio
it'll be hard with my ISP's 60kb/s upload limit tho ;p

Another case like this... Seriously, a ~60% stat loss is a problem. I know it's not 100% accurate but it should be better than 40%...
Is anyone looking into this yet? Just wondering. I think this is the 6th or 7th or so reported case, with probably many others out there.

It's difficult to solve a problem you can't reproduce.
x5ga:
When you're talking <100MB traffic, you can't be accurate here. Some torrents can be made from 4MB pieces. If only 1byte gets transmitted wrong, that whole 4MB piece will fail the hash check, and will be discarded at the receiving end. This will cause the receiving client not to send back a "OK" signal for that piece, and the tracker to not monitor it.
