Saudi Arabia here, currently near Thuwal.

I'm from Saudi Arabia, moved to a lot of places and currently living in Mecca.
Not much going on here, it's a holy place after all. Always sunny, maybe too sunny actually. It reached 60 degrees last summer. I prefer hot over cold anyways.

Oh good I'm not the only Saudi who posts here. ^^

Born and raised in the coastal city of Raahe in the region of Northern Ostrobothnia, Finland.

Bad thing: The horrendous wind that pretty much always blows against you, no matter where you go (coastal wind, oh how I hate thee).

Good thing: It is not crowded, some 22k people live there (here).

Not a Saudi, though.
bakabt.com is blocked. bakabt.me is unblocked. That's why you see me a lot more nowadays...

Yeah, same here. I love places not crowded, especially since my mother country is SO crowded. >_>

Heh, live in Gjøvik, but you may have seen me in Lillehammer if you hang around Felix Pub & Scene.

Thuwal is near Jeddah and Jeddah is around 100km away from Makkah (1 hour drive). Oh, Makkah and Thuwal seem to be 130km away from each other... Roven, as he said, lives there. Lucky. >_> Both places are very crowded throughout the year though.

After all the wonderful things I heard about US from my relatives, I sometimes feel like leaving KSA and going there instead...

I live in Toronto, Ontario—Canada. Hanayome, if you decide to move you should come here. USA is currently dropping on the best places to live, and Canada—I believe—is in third. USA's economy is also going down the drain...

New York is p. amazing. I've been there a few times and it has a similar feel to Toronto. The only thing I don't like is that there are no malls. :P
