Why not? Lol. It's an obvious answer. I want to at least visit Mekkah and Medina.

Hmm, any specific reason you would want to visit those places? Anyway what's your nationality? I am kinda confused with your interests of either living in Japan or Saudi Arabia as both these countries are complete opposite of each other from my point of view.
