How do i know if am seeding or not

hello everyone am new here so I want to know that if am seeding or not

coz recently am finished downloading Ikkitousen Dragon Destiny and am seeding now but the ratio is same as when am started downloading

so am confused now that if am seeding or not so pls help me and sorry if the topic is in the wrong place

the other problem is the if I want to change my name where should I go or where should I post my topic exactly.

If you finished downloading a torrent completely and it shows up in your active tab, you're seeding
