I liked it.
Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt has excellent anime screenplay writing and pushes the edge of what can be shown on Japanese television. Another part of its successful edgy style has to do with its use of different directors on segments of that episode. This provides enough stylistic writing changes that gives you a "fresh" feeling despite the heavyhanded presentation style. In contrast, a show such as "Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou" lets the content drift along whereas P&S hammers plot elements into you.

Alerady Tried Colour me Subbed. Their's are also censored. I'm downloading WhyNot's.
I was hoping that someone knew and I didn'd have to download every one. Oh well. PSG is worth it.
[edit] Nope still censored. Well, shit, that sucks. I may just stick with the Underwater TV rips I have since the video quality isn't any better.
