what fantasy? what yuri scene? there is a good ol' kiss and the scene is pretty explicit (for an anime) borderline hentai IMO

How can arcs get serious? They have 30-40 minutes to develop the story/characters before they have to end it. Each end will have 5-10 minutes of sex, as well.

They could had less arcs and gone into more details. How about 3 arcs with 8 episodes each.
