I was thinking of trying out this show but I'm not sure. Does this guy just get girls to fall in love with him and then move on and break their heart's after exorcising the ghost?

Is there any real romance or is it really just one sided with the guy being a jackass? Is there a main love interest?

You should try reading up on why he's doing it. It's not about him being a jackass. There is an actual reason.

Pretty much the only romance. It's more of a feel-good show. His opinion of the female lead is that she's annoying and got him into a mess he didn't want to deal with, him being the God of games and all.
