There are cycle lanes for bikes on paths, and where there aren't you can still ride on the path. I've never seen people forced into the road, they choose to ride there. :S

And I think its more CRUEL to feed pigeons rice than illegal.

Anyways, other than using a different tracker or whatever, is there any other solution to this....?

You've yet to provide us with this little piece of information.

They all say these things:

Connection Timed Out
HTTP Error 404
Offline (timed out)
Working
waiting for announcement
Not allowed

Also, will switching to bittorrent or a different client make a difference?
And will setting up a proxy work?

if you have that many status messages in one torrent you aren't using a torrent from bakabt...
