Also for Japanese tongue twisters, some common ones are

Nama mugi nama gome nama tamago (lit. raw wheat, raw(uncooked) rice, raw eggs)

Basu gasu bakuhatsu (the one apparently from Azuman) (btw the literal translation is "bus, gas, explosion")

Tonari no kaki wa yoku kyaku wo kuu kaki da (this is a long one, and the REAL one actually goes "tonari no kyaku wa yoku kaki wo kuu kyaku da" but it's a twist on words that's pretty messed up/funny, translation of the first one is "the persimmon next door is one that eats the customers often", whereas the original, or second one is "the customer next door often eat persimmons", oh and persimmon is a very common and ~delicious~ fruit in Japan)

Tokyo tokkyo kyoka kyoku (does that one hurt your eyes? :3) (translates to "Tokyo patent permission bureau")

hmm looking at ji-hi it looks like UTW may just be using the same CR sub rips as horrible subs. Is that the case? I always thought they did their own subs

I was just trying to decide what group to grab. I guess it will probably just be HS or UTW (like UTW's font better). FFFpeeps looks ok too thought they mess up the part where they're ordering desert. Who are most of you following? Do any of them leave the geso in? i didn't see any in the ji hi comparison

FFFpeeps kicked out all honorifics which is absurd to me, a show that runs it's charm on them is less appealing without honorifics, I'm gonna check UTW, HS probably doesn't have honorifics as they rip CR, and they usually kick out honorifics.

If UTW are doing this show it must be in secret, nothing on their page lol.

on a side note, a group EMO done the first ep, subs were not bad and had honorifics, but their font was slightly off.

i'll be monitoring this show subgroups cuz I want honorifics, if there will be none, and BDs will also have none i'll have to edit it.

REALLY? Don't get me wrong, I'm enjoying this show, but for a comedy with no central plot...it's not THAT funny.

Thus far I'd only give it a 7/10 or so.

Index2 has terribad animation, IMHO. Index's face failed to deliver the ":3" it was supposed to. Touma's face looks like EFG from 4chan. Let's hope the story will be entertaining at least

The World Only God Knows is good, has some nice jokes, but I like the squid girl better

I knew there was a reason why I liked Chizuru from the first moment.

An ok show. Nothing overly funny but got some good laughs.

Ika's reaction to how she fought was incredible, well we know who the Chef in this restaurant is

I wonder if they treat her threats of invasion a little seriously at all, I mean, Ika does have a point there by trying to fight back, Humans don't deserve most of what they take from nature, we pollute the world high and wide, so I think Ika has the right to fight back, but maybe when she learns more about some humans she will understand that not all humans are bad, and not many humans have anything to say in many cases about stuff like that.

one thing I'm wondering though, Ika spends a lot of time on the surface, I bet she does swim as we saw (lol that was funny) but she is a squid, I wonder how she smells

Ok I got sick of waiting for baka-updates and anime suki to add the next subbed ep (02) so I went looking for fansubbers home pages. The 2 that came out the fastest were FFFpeeps and ANFO subs.

As it is near the end of my internet month I dont have too much downloads left. Any suggestions about who to go with, I havent seen any anfo subs befor.

I had 0 problems with these but that's probably because I don't speak Japanese as my native language xD

I watched Underwater and they also didn't have honorifics. And I want my honorifics. We should make a petition and send it to all the subbing groups xD
