Finally, the Yuri arc begins.

But seriously, any word on number of episodes?  Or, more to the point, if there's enough material in the manga to cover another 25 episodes.  That would make my day.

*So excited, first season was Great.

FUUUNNNNUUUURRRRAAA ABBBBAAAA SMASH!

The best news in anime I have had all year long. And now the wait begins.  I WANNA SEE SAWAKO NAOW! :'(

Good thing Janurary 2011 isn't far away right?  ;D :D

P.S. - Can someone with some photoshop skills doctor that pic to show Kurumi with a retractable ballpoint pen  gouging her jugular vein for me please?

January '11 is right after this season finishes airing.  I believe there is enough content for 25 episodes, the manga series is at like 50 now.

Honestly, while I do hope they can make a full 25 episodes on this upcoming season, I also would not mind a shortened 12 episode season if it means keeping the pacing the same while preserving the integrity and the awesomeness as well. This is one show I sincerely wish they do NOT cut corners on in any way, shape and/or form.

25>12 for sure.  I don't care what it is, but I need more Sawako

I wish they didn't, I mean, good thing more episodes are coming, but wouldn't this make sure it's quite some time before another anime adaptation?

Me makes sad:face when I think about Eclipse not being there to sub it gloriously like last time.

I will wait with the glory hurray until i see a complete date of planned airing, but didn't they say NEXT JANUARY ? unless next January means this January I'm all happy, still, a bit early to make a topic on it.

P.S. 13 episodes at max, unless they will put fillers in, i read the manga, not enough content to make 20+ episodes, but 13 eps will be enough to close this great story :)

Hopefully another good group will take up their mantle.  It's pretty well known that this was an amazing anime.

I'll try talking Chihiro into it, gotta gather all of my Loli's to offer, Chihiro did a great job as well, only Eclipse were faster, On IRC they told me they actually did it because their leader simply fell in love with the manga, and they soon followed, it would be great if they came back just for this show.

well I'm happy if it's this winter, but then why use "next" instead of "this", next can easily mean Next January in 2012, which is sad news for me, but if it's this January it would be better to use January 2011.

How long do we have to wait until this glorious second coming of the slowest romance ever? January 2011. So next season, we'll see the return of Kimi ni Todoke.

Next season. January 2011.

Chihiro never subbed Kimi ni Todoke!

my bad, I think. Dunno why it came up, but it wouldn't hurt if they did it though.

on ANN I read NEXT JANUARY, if the text got edited sorry, but didn't check later on, it's just that ANN used "next January" not next season.

good news regardless.

Why do you think Chihiro would listen to you? Why should Chihiro listen to anyone?

They will listen to me to the point of listening to my request, what they will decide, whether they will accept my request or deny it, is up to them.
I will not force anyone into doing it, but there is time for them to think about it no ?
Winter Season is up ahead, Chihiro didn't make a statement on what shows if any they will be subbing, who knows, they might even pick it up.

And why should they bother thinking about Winter Season when the Autumn Season just started...

Who knows, maybe Eclipse Lurk Central comes back?
