yet pure romance and want to have the main characters humping each other in a bed roll
But only if its romantic.

Anyway, I thought it ended well but I kinda agree with GoGeTa006 (gogeta is fine) here, tho not quite as emphatically.

I also kinda liked how things ended with Chizuru and Ryu. I'd really like to see a well done doujin or mini story regarding those 2, but I am not sure it would really go the way I want.

yes. . . you sir got my point exactly!

As mentioned earlier and in the other thousand threads involving a 26-driven series that has nothing. . .I do appreciate a good romance, but as we all know at some point there has to be a kiss. . .even if its on the last episode in the last scene. . .at least a kiss man
I mean Kazehaya was about to land one in the first season. . .and he was going all in for it (the episode when they walk together at night and she stops him for a second)

BUT I WANTED JUST A KISS!

I Mean implied sex is good (a-la Kare Kano) but as mentioned its out of character. . .

Just finished ep. 07 and it has been dragging for awhile now; I've started skipping ahead.  There's only so far you can stretch "OMG THERE'S A MISUNDERSTANDING" before it gets lame (hint: dragging it through eps. 1-7 is way past that limit).

EDIT:
Just finished it.  Season 1 was much better (they could have cut season 2 down to 6 eps and that would have been just right, otherwise they needed more story than they had), but at least they wrapped everything up nicely.

For your information, I don't know what you expected from this show but it followed the manga to the latter, cutting it would mean cutting scenes from manga, that would mean RAGE! for the manga fans.

This was excellent, and your argument is left invalid.
BTW manga is still ongoing, although i don't know if they can make s3 or should, the main subject is ended.

I would love a season 3.  I like the pace, it's more of a realistic pace than the 12 episode romance anime that is airing.

I watched the first season. It was average or below. Why all the excitement?

You're a girl right? If so, then i understand your point of view. From my perspective, this show was ... average. Can you honestly compare a show like this to something like Clannad or Stein's Gate (both very touching) and still say that it holds any kind of sentimental value?

Kare Kano >> Kimi ni Todoke

I never read the Kimi ni Todoke manga, how did that go compared to the anime? (Very similar?)
