In terms of the 'welfare of humanity' - It's a bad idea for them to have kids.
For the guy saying that humans 'instinctively' have a negative view on incest- that's absolute bullshit. The negativity comes from society brainwashing you to think it's bad.

on a side note:
-my close cousin is attracting me, she is pretty damn hot for me, although from what I know some guys don't get attracted to her, dunno why, maybe because I know her better than they are.
-my farther other cousin is also attracting me, she does have something in her eyes that are telling me "i'll eat ya", she is 2 years younger, but sometimes she scares me, she is into anime as well.
-if my cousins were the last females in vicinity of around 1500 miles, I would consider incest for survival, but otherwise I have a cute girlfriend and no urges for them.

The chances are you wouldn't have a good enough gene pool for keeping the human race alive for long after yourselves.
On the other hand, if you made some really strict rules in your newly formed society you might very well create a superior race to the one we have now. One that would be really "evil" to our current morals.
Interesting idea to play around, don't you think?
