To add my 5 cents worth (we don't have 1 cent pieces down here), grab a copy of the book "To Sail Beyond The Sunset" by Robert A Heinlen.
He does a pretty good job of summing up how sex should be.
As far as incest goes, as long as the people involved realize that the general public would be shocked/horrified if it was discovered, they keep it behind closed (and preferably locked) doors and use as much 'protection' as possible to prevent pregnancy, they can do as they please....within reason.
